The SZM has a long working distance of 100mm and the lateral zoom control is conveniently positioned on the sides of the zooming head. A continuous zoom range of 0.6x to 3x, which can be extended by using optional objectives and eyepieces, provides a magnification range of 1.8x to 120x. No refocusing is required throughout the zoom magnification range due to the parfocal optical system and diopter adjustable eyepieces. The 0.3x objective is specialy designed for OEM requirements and provides 307mm a working distance with magnification range 1.8x to 18x . The SZM provided complete versatility and mounting compatibility with the present lineup of Kyowa stereoscopic microscope accessories.
